Added Juice!

After coming across the excellent presentation Juice it or lose it, I was inspired to add some extra Juice to my game.

The explosions are now bigger with little piece of explosion flying off.

I have added a screen shake effect on the Meteor Stomp, and made the sound effects louder, as I think they were too quiet previously.

Mr Yeti also have snowballs flying out of him, which roll along the ground as he is flying and stomping the robots.

I have also added some music to the game.

This was all the Juice that I could think of for the moment, but if I do think of something else to add, I will be sure to do so.
